This Spring we've got several tournaments planned. In addition to those tournaments we will be running whichever handicapped ladders (14.1, Straight Rail Billiards, 9-Ball, 3 Cushion Billiards, and Snooker) are showing sufficient interest.
This is a tentative schedule (but times may change so please keep an eye here if you're interested in playing any of these tournaments).

18.2 Balkline --
Feburary 12 through April 17.
(This tournament is open to students, faculty, staff and
affiliates of New Mexico Tech.)
Entry deadline is 18:30 Monday, February 11. No entry fees though there are prizes.
The format of the tournament will be based on number of entries (will go Round Robin with 4 or 5 players). Current plan is to take top finishers from Round Robin play into a Single Elimination. Three, unhadicapped, divisions will be offered. This tournament will be handicapped if cross-division play takes place.

3-Cushion Billiards --
Weekday evenings Feburary 12 through April 17.

Bowlliards

6:00pm to 9:00pm.

faculty, and staff of New Mexico Tech.)
This tournament will use a "dropin" format -- you can play any time the tournament is running (games can start any time between the hours posted above) so long as there are at least three people willing to play. A person can enter as many times as they wish, but they can not win more than one prize.
Prizes will be awarded to four places in each of two divisions (provided there are at least six players in the division). Prizes will come from the Billy Aardd's Club tournament fund. Prizes will be determined based on tournament turn-out.

One Pocket --
March 4 through April 26.

Tournament format is dependent on number of entrants per division. (Leaning towards Round Robin play into a Single Elimination.)
Entry deadline is 6:30 pm Friday, March 1.
There will be a mandatory pre-tournament meeting for all entrants at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 4, to review the operation of the tournament. This will also be the last chance to withdraw. Play will begin after the meeting. This tournament will be handicapped if possible.
