The Tournament Rules and Regulations, the General Rules of Pocket Billiards, and the house rules on American Snooker will apply to this tournament.
Tournament format will depend on the number of players. With seven or more players the format will be Double Elimination on a match basis. With four to six players a Round Robin format will be used. Each division (A, B, or C) will be limited to sixteen players. Each match will be best two of three games (using a ten-ball red rack). The game will be American Snooker. Entry deadline will be 5:30 pm on the Thursday before the weekend of the tournament. Entry fees are due at the time of sign up. Please pay the entry fee to the gameroom attendant (please be sure you're marked as paid).
There will be a mandatory pre-tournament meeting for all entrants at 6:30 pm on Friday of the tournament weekend, to review the operation of the tournament. This will also be the last chance to withdraw and receive a refund.
Tournament will start at 2:00pm Saturday and most likely continue on Sunday.

Schedules will be posted by 14:30 the Friday following closing of sign-ups. Please notify the TD before your first match if you have a problem with the schedule.
To conserve time a ten ball red rack will be used. Players will lag to see who has choice of break for the first game. Loser of the previous game will be awarded choice of break.
