Time permitting, the tournament will be a Round Robin followed by a Single Elimination amongst the top four players (for each division). The Round Robin games will be to forty points. Single Elimination games will be to fifty points.
Tournament Rules and Regulations, and the rules on Balkline Billiards, will apply to this tournament.

There must be at least 6 entries for a division to run. Each division will be limited to 16 players. If there are more than 16 entries the Tournament Director (TD) will take those signed up first (the remaining entries may start as an alternate if a starter doesn't start their first match).
If divisions are merged to get enough players for the tournament to run there will be no increase in entry fees (i.e. a "B" player only needs to pay a "B" entry fee even if playing in "A").
Participants are expected to know the rules for carom billiards, the general rules of billiards, and the rules and regulations governing tournament play. The player chair rule will be enforced. During a match the referee will be the only person allowed to handle the balls.
Signup will close Wednesday October 20 at 6:30pm. The schedule for the tournament will be posted shortly thereafter.
Choice of break for each set will be established by lag.
