There will only be one division. To enter this tournament you must have played at least 8 matches in the Billy Aardd's Club Handicapped Straight Ladder prior to the start of the tournament in order to establish a handicap for the tournament. (A minimum of 8 matches is required, however 10 matches is preferred since this will give a better career LBPI to base the handicaps upon. Note - that if the player has only played 8 matches before tournament their 2nd highest and 2nd lowest matches will be added in twice in to provide 10 matches to derive a career LBPI from).
The Tournament Rules and Regulations, the General Rules of Pocket Billiards, the rules on 14.1 Continuous and house rule variations (like the 2-point Masse foul) used in the Handicapped Straight Ladder will apply to this tournament.
Handicapping of the matches will be based on the handicapping system used for the Billy Aardd's Club Handicapped Straight Ladder (an 80% handicap, based on career LBPIs, will be used). Games will be to 75-points with a maximum handicap of 250-points.

Entry deadline is 6:30 pm Tuesday, February 22. Entry fees are due at the time of sign up. Please pay the entry fee to the gameroom attendant (please be sure you're marked as paid). Tournament bracket and time-line will be posted by 6:30 pm Thursday, February 24.
There will be a mandatory pre-tournament meeting for all entrants at 6:30 pm on Friday, February 25, to review the operation of the tournament. This will also be the last chance to withdraw and receive a refund.
