The tournament will be a multiple entry format (a player can make as many attempts as they like for "best score" in the division they sign-up for). The Tournament Rules and Regulations, the General Rules of Pocket Billiards, and the rules on Bowlliards will apply to this tournament.
This tournament will award prizes for the 5 highest scores in each division. A person can enter as many times as they wish, but they can not win more than one prize in a division. (A person can enter under a second personna, like a right-hander entering left-handed, and be eligible for a second payoff. No more than two peronnas will be allowed per person though.)
For a round to be played there must be at least 3 players (match takes from 1 to 1.5 hours), and no more than 6 players (match takes from 2.25 to 3.5 hours). This will be a free-format tournament in that there will be no set match times. Matches can start anytime between 6:00pm and 8:00pm in the evenings when there are enough players present and willing.
The entry fee is $1.50 for the first line, 75-cents per subsequent line (by the same player). Entry fees must be paid to the TD (Ray Piworunas) or his representative (Aaron Adcock) before the match. The prizes will be:
On each score sheet the player must provide their name, and a means of contact (address (email preferred), or phone) so we can get their prize to them if they win one. Matches will be played on a 4.5' x 9' pocket table.
