Using the last known active home page for the Billy Aardd's Club (billiards club — BAC for short) at New Mexico Tech seemed the easiest way to present some of the things that may be of interest (curiosity-wise, or other-wise) to people visiting the site for the 14.1 Continuous (Straight Pool) league in Rio Rancho, NM.

It's referenced here as that's where the handicapping system and format for the league started.

Here are some of the things to be found there:

• Various "ladders" (leagues if you will).
• Various tournaments (in several formats).
• Rule sets for a number of billiard games.
• Video and book resources about billiards.
• A short history of the game room and billiard tables at NMT.
• Taking care of billiard equipment.

As the page is from 2018 there will be an increasing number of stale links to other sites as it ages.   It was decided to leave the references in to present the page as it existed then.   As time permits it'll be seen if the referenced material can be found at currently active sites (and then pointed there).

The appearance of the page will be kept as much like it was as possible while the internals are updated towards current web (HTML and CSS) standards.   A large reason for doing this is that the original format was before hand-held mobile devices started accessing web pages.   Without the updating it would be painful (frustrating, impractical, ..., impossible) to view some of the pages.
