In two parts:
 Initial sorting matches.
 Usual Single Elimination.

League players will be seeded based on their league Win/Loss record if their FARGO rating is below 500 (if their FARGO is 500 or above that will be used).  A FARGO rating will be used for players without a league W/L rating.  (If neither is known then 'best-guess'.)

NOTE: The following holds for pairings where both players have a BYE.  If the higher ranked player wins then both players maintain position for the elimination bracket.  If the lower ranked player wins then they will swap positions for the elimination bracket.
